Bleach Anime Episode 215: Defend Karakura Town! Entire Appearance of the Shinigami

While traveling from Hueco Mundo to the real world, Aizen, Tousen, and Gin arrive in Karakura town and were greeted by the remaining captains of the 13 Protection Squads and their lieutenants. Aizen stated how he was aware that he was not in the real Karakura Town and said that after slaughtering them, he will make the King’s Key in Soul Society. He also revealed that Las Noches was already in Ulquiorra’s hands. Ulquiorra then appeared in the throne room behind Orihime. When his presence was sensed by Ichigo, Ichigo came rushing to the 5th tower in the hope of rescuing Orihime. It then showed a young plus girl being chased by hollow in Kagamino City, 22km from Karakura Town, when suddenly the hollows were killed simply by the reiatsu of the 13 Protection Squad captains, Aizen, and his top Espada. The shinigami assigned to the area told the girl to run before she gets attacked again.

The scene went back to the battle where the captains were talking amongst themselves when suddenly the captain-commander said that everyone should get back as he unleashes his shikai to trap Aizen, Tousen, and Gin.

Back in Las Noches, Ulquiorra was asking Orihime whether she was scared to which she replied that she wasn’t scared. Ichigo was temporarily delayed by the exequias and their leader, Rudobone. Rudobone and his men attacked but were stopped by Renji, Sado, and Rukia. Ichigo continued on his way eventually breaking though the floor into the throne room to face the battle.

Nnoitra recalled her past encounters with Neliel wherein he teamed up with Szayel to paralize her long enough to attack her. In the present, Nnoitra taunts Neliel about their past which led her to prepare to release her zanpakutō.

When all of Ichigo’s team were almost completely defeated, four captains from the 13 Protection Swuads arrived to aide them. Kenpachi Zaraki defeated Tesla easily and told Ichigo to back off for it is him who will fight Nnoitra. Captain Retsu Unohana arrived with her lieutenant and stopped the Exequias from killing Gantebainme Mosqueda and Chad. Captain Mayuri Kurotsuchi and his lietenant arrived and Mayuri is confident that he could win against Szayel Appolo who created a voodoo doll for him. Captain Byakuya Kuchiki arrived to save Rukia from Espada Zommari Leroux, and manages to overcome Zommari’s enhanced speed with the techniques Yoruichi Shihōin taught him.

Bleach Anime Episode 201: Nnoitra Released! Multiplying Arms

Kenpachi manages to wound Nnoitra with a slash, and finds the right amount of force he needed to cut Nnoitra’s skin. During their exchanges of attacks, Nnoitra accidentally tore off Kenpachi’s eyepatch and removed the limits of his power. Nnoitra released his zanpakutō and gained additional pair of arms and managed to induce severe wounds on Kenpachi. Kenpachi managed to cut off an arm but Nnoitra’s arms regenerated and continued attacking Kenpachi until he stabbed him with one of his many hands.

Bleach Anime Episode 204: Ichigo’s Seppuku Persuasion Strategy

Back in the real world, Ichigo is in school when he happens upon Lurichiyo from the Kasumioji clan again, who it turns out has come back to the real world because she is angered that Kenryuu, her retainer, would not allow her to play soccer when she has other important duties to attend to. This leads to an outburst between Lurichiyo and Kenryuu, and the latter intends to end his life to make Lurichiyo “happy.” After some persuasion from Ichigo and his friends, they manage to put on an act to fool Lurichiyo into forgiving him, but she ends up seeing through it. This leads to another argument about soccer and culminates in Lurichiyo challenging Kenryuu to a soccer game to see who is right once and for all.

Bleach Anime Episode 205: Thump! A Kemari Tournament Filled with Hollows

The soccer game officially kicked off, with the referees being the proprietors from the Urahara Shop, Jinta and Ururu. Urahara himself oversee the proceedings including the setting up of a gigantic barrier around the play field to designate the assigned area. Apparently this is not legal in the eyes of Soul Society.

Bleach Anime Episode 203: Karakura Town Gathers! Aizen Versus Shinigami

Kenpachi asked Orihime to heal him after finally defeating Nnoitra. But even before Orihime d him, the Espada Stark arriveed and carried her away to a tower where Sōsuke Aizen greeted her. Aizen told her that he, Gin Ichimaru, and Kaname Tōsen are preparing to destroy Karakura Town. Aizen ordered Tōsen to contact all of the Soul Reaper captains, Ichigo, and his friends with kidō, and revealed that he brought Orihime to Hueco Mundo to lure and trap them. While travelling through a garganta portal to Karakura Town, however, Aizen was confronted by Commander-General Shigekuni Yamamoto-Genryūsai, the leader of the Gotei 13, with five other captains. Aizen summoned the Espada Stark, Barragan, and Halibel and ordered Espada Ulquiorra Cifer to protect Las Noches. Ichigo sensed the threat to Orihime and flied off to save her.

Astro Boy Movie (2009)

Imagi Studios, under the direction of David Bowers, is creating a CGI Film Astro Boy which will be released on the silver screens coming October 23, 2009. The cast of voice actors include Freddie Highmore (as the voice of Astro Boy), Nicolas Cage and Kristen Bell. I am not very sure though if this digitally enhance remake of the original Manga and Anime flicks is something to make old fans jumping up for joy or will it only be a subject for ridicule should the plot or the CGI animation fail to resemble the original Astro Boy.

Bleach Anime Episode 214: Karakura Riser’s Last Day

The team that was assembled in the previous episode are going to infiltrate the gate that the Arrancars use to travel between Hueco Mundo and the real world. The “Hollow Fortress” was filled with Hollows which attached the team. Don Kanonji and Ururu stayed behind to face the hollows while the other continued to go inside the fortress. Inside the fortress, they met one of the Arrancars from from Hueco Mundo. Chuzuru used her Hyper Erotic Powers to distract the arrancar while Tatsuki, Keigo and Kurumatani took charge in defeating the hollows inside. Kon travelled to the fortress’ center where he met a hollow which he killed with his Riser Beam. The fortress exploded from the center and Urahara erected a barrier around Kurakura town.
